Rough sawn red oak lumber, air dried indoors since 1989. Band sawn to one full inch. All is 8.5 feet long, minimum, with some longer by up to a foot, although this is a minimal amount.There are 111x1"x4", 8x1"x7",32x1"x8", and 30x1"x6", for a total board footage of 662.5 board feet, not including any lengths beyond 8.5 feet.There are some clear boards, some with one knot, some with 4 knots. This is lumber suitable for planing and sizing down to uniform measurements that would make fine oak trim in a house or provide wonderful craft wood for projects. There will be some cutout, but this lot of lumber provides a chance to get quality stock at low prices compared to the prices at dealers. All you need is a planer, an edger and a table saw to develop this stock to the highest quality.Projected weight is 2400-2500 pounds. No delivery, pickup only. A sturdy trailer, possibly even a tandem axle or a three quarter ton pickup will be needed to haul this all at once. The box will be approximately level full of heavy oak lumber.AGAIN, THIS ITEM IS FOR LOCAL PICKUP ONLY AT BUYERS EXPENSE AND RESPONSIBLITY. SELLER WILL ONLY AGREE TO MAKE HIMSELF AVAILABLE AT A REASONABLE MUTUALLY AGREEABLE TIME WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF PAYMENT AND WILL HELP LOAD THE PRODUCT.All measurements are fully the width and thickness that is posted, unlike lumber industry standard where an 8 inch wide board is actually only 7and 1/4", when I say these boards are 8" wide they are a measured 8" . Cash on pickup is also an accepted form of payment.
