Shipping is extra. This is a 24x32 log package in 8" log. This is a pre-cut, pre-drilled, saddle notched package. Logs are red pine, kiln dried, double tongue and groove in 8". All window/door openings are cut, holes for the thru-bolts are drilled and corners are saddle notched. Pieces are numbered on an erection plan. Package includes log parts only, #1 log walls to eight feet, #2 log siding for the gables and dormer, #3 log stair set, #4 log porch header/rafters/poles, #5 gaskets, #6 hardware to erect the logs and #7 blueprints. Custom packages are our specialty in 8", 10" 12" or 14" log. Payment by bank wire works best and fastest. I can quote your floor plan.
