Seven (7) Kolbe "Sash Pac" window replacement units. Each unit has an upper and lower window; standard "Boston" openings. You are bidding on all seven (7)window units. Five (5) units are 35 5/8" x 54" Two (2) units are 33 5/8" x 54" Four of the units were removed from their original packaging but never installed and are in "as new" condition. Three units are in the original packaging and are in "brand new" condition. These are high-end window units with insulated low-E argon gas-filled glass, 1 over 1 lite configuration, primed clear pine stiles (exterior and interior), white jamb liners and sash locks. Can be used to replace existing windows or built into frames for new construction. The original cost of the seven units was over $3,500 (contractor pricing). For local pickup (Boston, MA area), or Buyer will arrange shipping and handling. SELLER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING OR HANDLING COSTS OR FOR DAMAGE TO THE ITEMS DURING SHIPMENT.
