For years we have specialized in custom residential design, and are now offering some of our best selling plans to the ebay public at a discount price. What you get: You will receive 1/4"=1'-0" plots for either 18"x24" or 24"x36" paper. These will be sent via email in .pdf form. You can take these to your local printer to print as many sets as you need. The plans include: Elevations, Floor Plans with dimensions, General Electrical layout for each floor, *Structual layouts, and typical details. Additional Services: 1) Plan modifications ......................................... $65.00 per hour (3 hour minimum) 2) Slab Foundation ............................................ $65.00 3) Basement Foundation .................................... $150.00 *The structural layouts are blank and are designed to be completed by a local engineer. Due to the complexity of many of our designs we use structural engineers to value design and meet all local building codes. Building codes vary greatly from state to state and county to county. For this reason we have decided the best help to you would be for a local complete these. (A footnote, it is not a good idea to build ANY plans without a local engineer to ensure proper building practices adherence.) The structural layouts include a **crawlspace foundation outline, floor framing pages, attic framing pages, roof framing pages, and typical cross section details. ** All plans come typical with crawlspace foundation.
