Ideal for shelves, under kitchen counters, etc. Also great for supporting drapery rods! Made of 1.5" thick pieces of honduras type mahogany glued together. These are unfinished, sanded, so they are ready for staining with any medium to dark stain such as Pecan, American Oak, Cherry, Walnut, Red Mahogany, etc, etc . Minwax has a vast range of stains so you can match your cabinets very closely, then you can protect and finish with an aerosol spray can of their satin or gloss acrylic lacquer. Note: as these are hand-carved and although the corbels are matched as closely as possible, there will be some differences between them. However, this is a refreshing feature in a machine-made age !!!
